We believe in being transparent with our community, so we’d like to provide some context regarding a recent review.
Recently, we took a short holiday, which meant that weekend orders were dispatched 2 days later than our usual schedule. This was announced in advance, and as a gesture of appreciation, we included an extra freebie on top of our usual freebie for every affected order.
Following this, we received a number of very low ratings from one customer. We carefully reviewed their order history and Royal Mail tracking records. Based on those records, their previous orders were dispatched and delivered within the expected timeframes, with the only change being the clearly announced 2-day holiday dispatch delay on the most recent order.
Our aim has always been to provide fast dispatch, honest communication, and good customer service. If we ever make a mistake, we’ll own it and do everything we can to put it right. In this case, after reviewing the facts available to us, we believe the ratings do not accurately reflect the service that was provided.
We understand that customers are entitled to their opinions, and we respect everyone’s right to leave feedback. At the same time, we also feel it’s important to share the factual timeline when we believe a review may not give the full picture.

We dont keep no information but RM receipts that can always be cross referenced through the purchasing account and since they send receipts upon purchase and delivery ! This is not abnormal but useful to be able to cross reference when situations like these occur or items go missing / not delivered!
Any Vendor on here are able to track back issues via RM account history - which we sure they do . How would we avoid these issues otherwise?

This is little preview to our situation on this matter - tried everything to make customer happy. His last order was dispatched straight after returning from holidays with an extra freebie on top of usual freebies we give out! Customer is not replying - so next 24 hrs we will relase the username . That being said he already mentioned he has alt users on site and that probably leads him moving to new Vendor undetected and maybe borgs need to think of system where Vendors could file a complaint against buyer for them to be permanently banned and orders to be cancelled via detecting username/address details/ etc. Something at least to protect us from non genuine buyers!
