Since Shane May is so generally well-liked, and known for his sense of humor and kind of offbeat marketing techniques, it's a pity he chose Assist 2 Sell as his franchise company. His website's obviously designed the way corporate headquarters mandates, and my god it's ugly and distracting. It's enough to make you want to turn right around and go to another realtor, who doesn't have quite as many yellow flashing apps in the way of finding contact information. Nonetheless, anyone who persists and manages to actually find a person to talk to will probably be rewarded for their trouble, as Mr. May made it to Realtor Magzine's Top 30 Under 30 list in 2007 for good reason: he reliably sells his clients' properties and he doesn't take more than his fair share.
