Marilyn is a mixed bag for me-- on one hand she is a CRS (a designation which only 5% of agents achieve), but on the other she's not exactly a tip-top producer. She considers herself a good negotiator, but hasn't received a CNS designation. She claims to use "extensive marketing efforts", but that fuzzy picture you see is the only one Marilyn uses on any of her various web sites. She's got 5 listings currently on her site, but they all say things like "on the golf course" and "exclusive gated community" which price Marilyn's homes out of the range of a good number of people (when $515,00 gets you less than 1,200 sq ft and only 2 bedrooms, you know you're not looking at a starter home). Like I said-- a mixed bag. To her credit, Marilyn does rank highly in terms of customer satisfaction, as evidenced by her FIVE STAR award from San Diego Magazine. But in a city of 12,000 real estate agents, a mixed bag is far from a sure thing.
