DAVID GOLDMAN is a tax partner in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. Mr. Goldman's practice involves a wide variety of transactional and advisory work in the partnership and corporate tax area. He has substantial experience in the structuring of joint ventures, private equity funds, tax credit limited partnerships and other partnership vehicles, as well as the structuring of taxable and tax free corporate merger and acquisition transactions.
