Gene Livingston has been named by "California Lawyer" magazine as one of the ten most "powerful lawyer-lobbyists in Sacramento." There are like a hundred people living in Sacramento, so that's big time. Kidding, jeeez. Mr. Livingston was, get this, appointed by the Governor as the first director of California's Office of Administrative Law. Yeah, that's pretty much like being knighted by the Queen or whatever. Nice. Mr. Livingston can write or review a proposed law and predict how people will act on it. Some would call that skill, others might call it ESP. I call it pretty cool.
