While reading about Michael’s firm, I like how they differentiate between the word “accident” and “extreme negligence.” When a car slips on an icy road and crashes, it could be considered an accident. But when some idiot loses control of their car because they’re trying to text, its extreme negligence and Michael will go after them. This is the kind of lawyer I would want if I was involved in some sort of altercation where I was the victim. He goes into a courtroom as if it’s a war. “I view all of my cases as a battle that I must win in order to get the insurance carriers to compensate my clients,” he said. “The greatest joy that I have in my professional life is being able to help my clients get fair compensation for their injuries.”
