Charles Ruck. You don't want to mess that one up, huh? Ruck's practice deals mainly with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and securities matters, so obviously Ruck knows how to handle a buck. Ruck has been involved in many high-profile transactions, working with such companies as Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., Caeser's Entertainment, and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Ruck also represented the Clint Eastwood and Peter Ueberroth-led investor group in the $820 million acquisition of the Pebble Beach Company. Hole-in-one for old Charles on that job. Law Dragon claims that these companies all owe Charles "props" for helping these deals go through. It is probably true, as Ruck is a Southern California Super Lawyer (2004-2009), has received excellent ratings from avvo.com and Chambers and Partners USA. Obviously Ruck is an outstanding lawyer, and has the experience and reputation to back that claim up. The only question left? Did his parents realize they named their kid, Chuck Ruck?
