Virginia Incalcaterra's career takes a new turn, as she approaches the end of her first year with The Real Estate Group of New York. Before joining her most recent firm as an Associate Broker, she was an agent with the much larger firm of City Habitats. There, Incalcaterra focused on the much more lucrative "luxury" properties, and apparently did quite well. In less than 3 years at the company she started her real estate career with, she repeatedly earned recognition as the office's top agent. Not bad for a relative newcomer to the real estate world. Now, Incalcaterra in specializing in rentals, and her sales focus is targeted instead to new developments and condos. This is quite a shift, and no reason is given as to why she chose to change direction, especially considering her prior achievements. However it can be safely assumed that she is still essentially selling property - no matter the cost or luxury - her success and expertise should certainly follow her to The Real Estate Group. With 16 years of personal experience living in New York, Incalcaterra's relatively short experience in realty is surely compensated by her familiarity with the city, as well as her accomplishments in her young career.
