Mr. Lawrence Eric Taylor is a former marine, who has been nicknamed the "Dean of DUI Attorneys." Anyone else smell a "Revenge of the Nerds" prequel here? The University of California, Berkeley and UCLA law grad specializes in drunk driving defense. He currently heads an 11-attorney law firm, which is AV ranked. Taylor was the trial court's legal adviser in the case of the People vs. Charles Manson, which was a little-known murder trial that went down while you or your parents (depending on your age, maybe both) were on a killer LSD trip. Taylor was voted "Professor of the Year" during his tenure at Gonzaga University School of Law. He also worked as a Fulbright Professor of Law at Osaka University in Japan, as well as a visiting professor at Pepperdine. Founder and former Dean of the National College for DUI Defense, he has lectured at over 200 seminars in 38 states, also penning 15 books including the most respected text on the subject: Drunk Driving Defense.
