Developers might note that it has been reported that much of Feurer's business comes from being the the exclusive agent for new construction projects. As a bonus, Feurer was raised in the area and thus contributes a familiarity with the area that is essential to such clients as those looking to relocate to the Chicago metropolitan area. The future success of Jameson Realty lies heavily in the hands of Feurer and apparently he has done much with the design and marketing direction of the company just within his short time there.
