Michael Katz is Vice President of Tax at Gemstar-TV Guide and handles all domestic and international tax matters for this giant corporation. Mr. Katz's resume is very impressive, with previous positions at Sony Corporation and Global Crossing in Beverly Hills. In a June 2007 interview by the online journal, Tax Intelligence Report, Andrew Katz demonstrated his views of corporate tax regulation vis-a-vis profits. He is most definitely a fantastic corporate ally in the realm or regulatory environment of taxes and corporate profits. If you can match the fat benefits package of his current employer, you may be able to enlist his tax services, but beware of the hefty pricetag.
