A little Latin review for those of you who may have forgotten or didn't study as zealously as you ought to have: Magna Cum Laude, which loosely translated means kick-ass lawyer. Now I'm not sure if the former editor of the Harvard Law Review would appreciate my casual tone on the subject, but hey, at least I'm not "lampooning" the guy. Mr. Denham graduated with great honors from both the University of Texas (Go Longhorns) and Harvard. Add to that the highest peer rating that one can receive from Martindale Hubbell and you have a legal force with which to be reckoned. Currently Mr. Denham is a partner in the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, a role that he took on serving in other key roles with the firm. And I hear that if you ask him nicely, he'll sing the Harvard fight song for you.
