Jason Sebring is a partner in the corporate and securities practice at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. He advises both public and private companies on a broad range of transaction-related securities law and other issues. Jason represents clients in a wide variety of transactions, including: mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, strategic alliances, bankruptcy reorganizations, public equity offerings, and private placement transactions. He also has extensive experience counseling both public and private clients on general corporate and compliance matters. Prior to joining Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, Jason worked in the mergers and acquisitions practice at Shearman & Sterling in New York.
