what's interesting about Martin?

A fair warning to those who might mock Mr.Lueck for being a lawyer operating out of Minnesota, DON'T;try it and he may school you on intellectual property law something he's so familiar with he's been named a superlawyer the past six years. Some lawyers usually make it once or twice, but six times? What has he been eating and is it for sale? Mr.Lueck's knowledge also extends to civil trials and appeals, commercial litigation, patent, antitrust and competition law. On his road to becoming a well respected intellectual property lawyer, Lueck was a national finalist in the ATLA trial advocacy competition in 1983 and obtained his J.D., cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1984. Lueck has written two articles entitled "Deciding When to Go to Trial" and "Educating the Jury: The Multimedia Way" which makes it seem that he's giving rookie lawyers a crash course in law. As an intellectual property lawyer, Martin Lueck served as counsel for both Eolas Technologies, Inc. and Honeywell Inc. in patent infringement actions which resulted in Honeywell winning $30 million dollars and Eolas winning $520.6 million. That is a lot of money. I guess people should cut Minnesota lawyers more slack.
