He is the director AirClic, The Edgewater Funds and Wharton¿s Director's Institute, which he co-founded. He founded G100, the Chairman Academy and the CEO Academy. He also co-founded the Wharton Board Excellence Award Program. In 1980, Dennis swam the English Channel and as a result was ranked by the World Swimming Federation as one of the top 20 swimmers in the world. He sits on the board of the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Oh and he has a day job that he's quite good at as well. Dennis specializes in the recruitment of CEOs and corporate directors for Korn/Ferry International. Prior to that, he spent nearly ten years with Spencer Stuart.
