Dr. Bjorn Johansson is the founder, CEO and chairman of Bjorn Johansson Associates, an executive recruiting firm. His career in search started in 1980 with an appointment at Spencer Stuart's Zurich office. He then moved on to Korn/Ferry, where he started the firm's Swiss operations in Zurich and Geneva. Under Bjorn¿s guidance, Korn/Ferry would eventually have the second largest executive search presence in Switzerland. His success led him to a short stint at Paul Ray & Carre Orban, before opening his own shop in 1993. Bjorn's outside affiliations include memberships to two Swiss organizations, the Nordic Executive Club Switzerland and the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce.
