what's interesting about Kenneth?

The name Kenneth is too formal, but it beats being called Kenny or Neth any day of the week. Kenneth J. Bialkin is a corporate lawyer and a partner who works for the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Kenneth graduated with an A.B. from the University of Michigan in 1950, and from there he proceeded to the London School of Economics where he received a Certificate of Attendance in 1952. In 1953, he earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School. It only took him a year, when it takes most lawyers at least two, to earn his JD and from Harvard Law of all places, sounds like he was obsessively determined. Kenneth is the Director of the City of New York's Municipal Assistance Corporation, and once served as the Director of Citigroup Inc. Kenneth's practice covers a variety of corporate and securities law matters such as activity in U.S. and international merger and acquisition and corporate finance transactions, and SEC enforcement matters. Kenneth has represented insurance companies, broker-dealers, investment bankers and other financial institutions. Some of Kenneth's more notable clients include Travelers Group, NASDAQ Inc., and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Kenneth has also represented U.S. and non-U.S. companies in matters concerning U.S. public and private securities offerings and in connection with government and regulatory investigations by the SEC and the Department of Justice.
