Harold S. Bloomenthal, is a fresh-faced, youngster right out of law school ready to take the legal world by storm. Did I mention that I've traveled back in time to write this review? No? well, here I am, in the year 1950 in New Haven, Connecticut. Harold just graduated from Yale Law School, broke up with his girlfriend, Fanny, and is heading out west on the Oregon Trail (ok, so it's not that long ago). Last stop – Denver, Colorado. Flash forward to the present. Harold Bloomenthal has built a successful practice (officially since 1955) focused on securities law. He is also, a nationally recognized author and authority on securities law. He ash taught law at over 8 different law schools across the country. The guy has done a lot, and seen a lot in his many years, but is still as sharp as the majestic eagle that flies high over the Rocky Mountains (do people get Pulitzer's for littlebiggy reviews?). His services come recommended by some of the top legal ranking systems in the world (AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Best Lawyers' 2009 Colorado Corporate Lawyer of the Year).
