I wanted to like Kathy Chruma and give her a high rating from the moment I read a blog entry by one of the real estate agents which she coaches through Keller Williams' MAPS program. The agent described some very common sense values that Kathy instilled in him, and showed that she motivated him enough to actually send out 15 personalized thank-you cards each day to past, present, and prospective clients. That really says something to me. Too bad that no one else on the internet has a similar feeling about Kathy-- that young realtors blog was quite literally the only independent source (even then, not ENTIRELY independent) available that was willing to back Kathy Chruma as an excellent agent and coach. It's a shame too, because from reading up on Kathy's personal story-- background in chemical engineering, Vice President of major corporations, author of multiple books on getting ahead in the business world-- I really wanted to recommend her. There's just not enough evidence for me to do so-- in order to throw my weight behind an agent or coach, I need to know that they are absolutely beloved. Sadly, one adoring fan does not 'beloved' make, so for the time being Kathy will have to remain a so-so agent/coach with potential to score higher in the future.
