I find it interesting that Nars's Linkedin profile claims that she works with a beverage (alcohol) distributor as an on-site manager, an industry she's been involved with for at least the past ten years, which seems to overlap her real estate career. So, does she have two jobs? If her time preoccupied with one thing when you would like her focusing on you? Maybe. These are all questions you would be best asking her.
