what's interesting about Lance?

Mike instead of bashing conflicts of my career why not act like a true journalist and get an opinion from someone that has worked with me on a transaction? I take your shots with great disrespect and misunderstanding. My clients are treated with outstanding services. Also, I don't market myself in RE, I market my client's properties. I am not into the photo on the house sign type of realtor...I am selling a house not me. It is great that you can stand from an Internet fence and throw stones without merit. Good luck to your fruitless research in bashing other people to add fodder to your site. -Lance Greene or lance@visitgriffin.com

On Broadway comment

Before you read any further, this review is about Lance Greene, the real estate agent, not Lance Greene, the actor. To be honest, I'm not sure what to make of this guy. Greene in unequivocally more renowned as an actor, which is really his primary profession. He's worked on stage and in film alongside notables like Joey McInytyre, Eliza Dushku, and Ben Affleck, to name a few. He's even got his own Wikipedia page, which is pretty cool. But what does this mean for his real estate business? I'm going to say it means trouble. I find it interesting that the Griffin Properties Web site almost hides the fact that Greene is associated with them. He's inconspicuously dropped in at the bottom of the site's agent profiles page, and his is the only name that isn't boldened, almost like they don't want you to know he's there. Maybe he's trying to avoid publicity, but that's not a great strategy when it comes to real estate marketing. I can't even tell you with 100% certainty that the guy even lives in Massachusetts regularly (Griffin is located in Cambridge, MA). As far as I can tell, he divides his time between the Boston area and another home in New York, where his acting career is centered, and apparently where he dabbles in the Manhattan real estate market as well. That's not so great, especially when a realtor should be able to devote 100% of their time and undivided attention to helping you buy or sell your home. You don't want someone preoccupied with something else. I really can't get over how cheesy it sounds when Greene tells you on the Griffin site how acting in a scene is like selling a property. Sorry, guy. I'm not seeing the inherent connection. Either way, I just can't see Lance Greene having a happy ending as a realtor. He's far too split between his two different worlds. He might very well spell the end of reliability and timely communication.
