I find it interesting that Jedlin for years previously owned Boston Waterfront Realty, until Coldwell Banker bought him out in 1999. You might expect he would have become a tad bitter, but instead he joined Coldwell too. Jedlin is one of the few realtors I've ever seen who actually has a customer review posting on Homethinking.com, which claims Jedlin did a nice job of showing them a number of houses and meeting their expectations, though I find it strange that the review says the realtor's Web site was helpful. Jedlin has no site other than his little personal page on the Coldwell site. For the sake of Internet marketing, you'd like to see him remedy that.
