Susan Haigis is one of the who I'm titling the "grunts" at the William Pierce "Perfect Property Purchases" (say that three times fast) real estate group associated through Coldwell Banker in Miami. I'm not exactly sure what the case is with Haigis in respect to the parent company, but her own self-presented information is rather misleading and I'm guessing not exactly up to date. Haigis is labeled as a Coldwell Banker employee through the Pierce group's Web site, but the Coldwell Banker site itself lists no mention of Haigis. I'm guessing their time together has come to an end, for whatever reason. My guess is that Haigis is, well, perhaps not the best realtor out there. Haigis specializes in Miami rental properties, but she does a pretty poor job of marketing her property listings--if she even has any--online. Her Internet presence is all but non-existent, and it seems as if the majority of her clientele are what we would classify in the housing market as "low-end" customers. College baseball players looking for a seasonal apartment, for example.
