In every realtor I come across I look for that one intangible thing that sticks out about them that not every other realtor has. Some might call it a mojo. I might call it an X-factor. Either way, it sets them apart as something unique. Something special. The one overriding element about Dominic Testa is that he can boast to being a fourth-generation native of San Francisco, which I'm sure you can go on and talk all about how he knows the city's neighborhoods like the back of his hand, et. al. Which is great and everything, but it doesn't really do anyone a whole lot of good if you're not exactly an active buyer and seller in the industry. There are a few too many realtors on the Vanguard Properties agent roster who have no property listings to their names and really seem like they're nothing more than dead weight the company is dragging along. Unfortunately, we're going to have to place Testa in this category. Sometimes it might just be a case of a lazy webmaster or the realtor himself maybe, but when you do a search across other real estate sites nothing at all comes up under Testa's name. Which is enough to tell me he's still probably pretty new to the job. Maybe he's still "shadowing" a more experienced agent, to use a loose term. Whatever the case, you've got to weigh your options and your money if you feel like risking your time and resources on in the untested hand of Testa (is that a pun?) I'm more inclined to go with the experience of a proven industry veteran myself.
