Real estate is kind of a hodgepodge industry. I say that because people every disparate walk of like come together. From failed musicians and disc jockeys to restaurateurs, all in the hope of striking it rich in what really be a profitable business if you're good at what you do. Although I find some irony in the fact that the national housing market is so godawful right now. But, as with anything I suppose, it stands that for every realtor who has found their niche, there's one that hasn't. Kerry Condry Duff got into real estate in 2005 with Frank Howard Allen Realtors before joining Bradley Real Estate, both in Sonoma County, which Duff unabashedly has called her home for 40 years. And that's about the extent of her value outside of a self-professed photography hobby, which may or may not be helping her in her job. Because she has no property listings to her name whatsoever, either on the company site or on other third-party real estate hosting sites. She has little to zero industry recognition, most likely owing to her newness to the job (if we can still say someone is new after four years). And worst of all, Duff has no Internet presence, which is the backbone of real estate marketing and catering to your online target audience. I'm not sure how real estate companies afford to keep these people on board, to be quite honest.
