It's bad enough that there is an NBA player by the name of Jeff Green which clogs up online search results, but it's doubly bad that you can't just add 'Seattle' to your Search for Jeff to find the Windermere realtor; Jeff Green of pro basketball fame plays for the Seattle Supersonics! This makes the job of the online public, and Jeff's job as a realtor who wants to be easily accessible online, difficult. Luckily, Jeff didn't leave us completely out to dry: he and his realtor partner Hal Rappaport have a dedicated url in addition to Jeff's Windermere profile (Windermere is a company, thankfully, which ranks well in search results and stresses an online presence for each of its realtors). No linkedin or Trulia profile that I could find, but Jeff has something better on his side: Seattle Magazine named him a FIVE STAR Best In Client Satisfaction realtor in 2008, beating out 95% of local realtors to make the list. Even more impressive: at least one member of the Hal/Jeff realty team won the FIVE STAR award in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 as well. That is a truly impressive feat, and from Jeff's credentials it's not difficult to see why: he's gone above and beyond the call of duty to earn designations as an ABR and ASR and his listings, while not as plentiful as one would hope, still run a nice gamut of location and price, from $160,000 starter homes in Lake Forest Park to swank downtown condos for triple that price. I also find that realtor duos tend to be solid, complimenting each other's strengths and, when they truly work together, always giving their clients a person to speak to about their questions and concerns. Even though Jeff Green is not the easiest Seattle realtor to find online, the extra bit of Googling (or just follow the links provided!) is worth it to potentially work with a proven customer service and realty expert.
