Stephen James Wagner is a partner in the Sacramento law firm of Dick & Wagner. Certified Family Law Specialist deals with complex family law matters, usually involving issues relating to property valuation and division. Vastly experienced, Wagner entered private practice in 1975 and has been focusing on family law since 1980. When not at the coal face of family law, Wagner is writing or teaching about it. He is the co-author of an 11-volume series on family law and has taught more than 175 classes on family law to other attorneys. His work was recognized by his peers in 2009 when he was named “Sacramento Family Lawyer of the Year”.
