what's interesting about Unhei?

Unhei Kang of the Grubb Company in Berkeley, CA would describe herself as a people person, if I may paraphrase the message she's trying to get across on her bio page on the Grubb Company site. Kang wants you to understand that she was born in Korea, raised in Orange County, and has traveled all over the world in a culturally diverse lifestyle that naturally saw her enter into social work before landing in real estate, where she is now able to combine her love of project management with a profession that has her interacting with people from different walks of life every day. I usually don't invest too much thought into the garbage realtors try to sell you in these biography blurbs, but I rather like Kang's story. She's the type of person you can gravitate to. Kang does an excellent job of catering to the online marketplace, which kind of makes me wonder how she didn't find herself in marketing or sales at any point during her life. She has a personal Web site, linked for your convenience at left, but it's really just her little own real estate blog, where she keeps us updated with her current property listings and local market trends. I'm a bit concerned, however, as I am with any realtor, when I see that someone doesn't have a single property listing to their name, because more often than not it means business is slow. But at any rate, former happy clients praise Kang for doing an excellent job of responding to the needs of her clients, which often requires calling upon a vast array of industry contacts, from mortgage lenders to insurance agents, to make sure every last angle is covered.
