what's interesting about Stephen?

Having researched Seattle realtor Stephen Knoblaugh extensively, I'm still not precisely sure what to make of him. Yes, without a doubt Steve, alongside wife Meriam, is an experienced RE/MAX agent who has demonstrated an ability to excel in his field. Steve and his wife hold RE/MAX's highest sales award, the Chairman's Award, and Steve was ranked the #4 RE/MAX realtor in Washington state in 2005. Steve also earned high enough feedback in a county-wide survey of recent home buyers/sellers to land a spot on Seattle Magazine's FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction list for 2008. However, there is a downside to Steve that I have noticed-- a slight neglect in the presentation and care of his online persona. For starters, Steve has a hard-to-find dedicated url and that is it-- no profiles on any networking site, and no concession to the fact that his url ranks poorly in web searches. In addition, his web site is rife with cheesy web design, awful photoshop jobs, and at least one misspelling (nothing makes a realtor sound less professional than bragging that a "mear 3%" of realtors have earned a certain award). Were I unaware of Steve's independent customer service award (high sales figures are nice, but in no way indicative of a great agent) and were I judging based solely on Steve's site and online persona, I would very likely pass on him.
