Jason Dauenhauer is the type of person that one rarely finds within the business world: one who understands how to have fun while still getting the job done. Especially when tasked with what most would call "soul crushing" projects. Over his three years as Member Services Manager at the social network Piczo.com, he was placed in charge of many projects which quickly reached the epitome of boondoggling. Compiling statistics that no one read, culling member feedback that fell on deaf ears, moderating content that no one cared about. However, where most would simply trudge onward, naively churning out pointless report upon pointless report in the hopes that someday someone would care, he shaped the situation to his advantage. He knew that upper management would never care, so he gave them what they wanted, numbers. Numbers whose meaning they would never truly understand. Jason gave management what they wanted, so that his team wouldn't have to suffer wasting their time. This left plenty of time for office four square, hour-long Internet expeditions, and exploring some of the most interesting music the world had to offer. He helped remove the hopelessness from work, and allowed it to be a place where people could have fun, something that most people don't know how to do.
