what's interesting about Thomas?

Thomas V. Girardi is one of the top trial lawyers in the U.S. Giradi has nearly 50 years of experience in the practice of law and the firm he established in 1965, Girardi Keese, with his partner Robert Keese has become a California power player in the areas of personal injury and business litigation, winning billions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for its clients. It was his firm that argued the case against Pacific Gas & Electric alleging drinking water contamination in Hinckley, Calif. Litigation that was later featured in the motion picture "Erin Brockovich." He has tried over 100 jury cases to conclusion, obtaining more than 30 verdicts of a million dollars or more for clients in matters involving wrongful death, products liability, toxic torts, bad faith insurance, and commercial litigation. He also won the first California medical malpractice verdict of $1 million or more. He was the first trial lawyer to be appointed to the California Judicial Council, is a Member of the Board and former President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and was inducted into the Trail Lawyer Hall of Fame by the California State Bar in 2003. He has a reputation in the legal field as someone who does whatever he can to help people seeking justice and compensation. He has been named to the "Best Lawyers in America" list for more than 20 years, and appeared on every single one of the Los Angles Daily Journal's "Top Lawyers in California" listings. He can also be heard as the host of KRLA/870 AM's "Champions of Justice" radio program.
