Steven Trytten has been recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers of America," an honor that only 1% of laywers in the U.S. receive. In addition, Mr. Trytten has been voted by his peers as a "Super Lawyer," and has been quoted on the issue of finance in Forbes and The Wall Street Journal. I'm guessing that's pretty much like winning an Oscar. Mr. Trytten, who goes by Steve, served as the Chair of the California State Bar Taxation Section Committee on Estate and Gift Taxation, and is a member of the California Society of CPAs. Someone needs to seriously shorten the names of those committees - I'm just saying.
