Susan Prang founder of Creative Eye Studio and Creative Eye Design-Build, has been serving clients in New York, Boston, and California since 1998. She guides her clients through all phases of building from residential development through construction and interior design. She is an Advanced Certified Build It Green Professional and member of NARI and NKBA. Her specialties are in the design and construction of residential and commercial projects including remodels of kitchens and baths, with great emphasis on the design element. She has been active in the modernization of the downtown Sacramento area, designing urban lofts and restaurants, including the first LEED-certified restaurant in Midtown.
