I have an order in with BCA and mine is one of the bottlenecked / delayed ones mentioned by them a week ago.
I have had continuous chats over this, I have ranted and raged, they have offered refunds and all to keep me happy
I declined because at no point did I think this was a scam.
My order was sent last Friday and hopefully I can review at some point this week.
I do believe the BCA rep posting here is the one I have had many chats with and is super helpful with all matters.
