My experience is similar to Norlo's, really advise patience and the assumption of good intent with MJ here. One of my orders had a problem, and all was made right in the end though it did take some time.

People on LB have lives and commitments we don't know about, and many have efficiency measures like specific hours they will work on LB orders in bulk and automating as much as possible. This means hiccups may take a bit of time to resolve, and you may have just hit things at the wrong time and are experiencing a longer wait.
