Had the same problems as these two and it was my first purchase. After a bit of digging I found jj’s post detailing his current problems with postage so when my product was late I didn’t sweat it. In fact jj contacted me and asked if everything was ok. I gave him a 10 because he was in contact and cared about my custom. What more could you ask for?
