Hi THB! soft chocolate is usually a result of plenty of fat(cocoa butter) in the mix. to stiffen the chocolate you'll need to adjust the coca mass to coca butter (or other fat) ratio by adding more cocoa mass to it. lecithin powder might make the mixture more gooey, sticky and thick. but will not harden the chocolate bar, it can also give a grainy texture and off taste if too much is added. hope this helps. cheers!!
