mate use a wallet that has 'replace by fee' if yours doesn't have that, I use electrum and you can change the sending fee you need to lower the sat/byte setting you can turn it down a lot, maybe your wallet has it I don't know jaxx.

Or, if you're just paying for one order send it straight from bittylicious to transaxe, I've done it a couple times on small orders no issues.
