Try soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk. No cheese, that means pizza too, no dairy yogurt, they have soy yogurts now. Basically anything dairy, try it for a month and see what happens. My kid eats more meat, fresh fruit, grains. Ham sandwiches for lunch with mayo and mustard. Get creative. No complains about his stomach though. Look up dairy free meal plans and I'm sure there will be loads of ideas. May you little ones suffering cease.
