Fair play I’m new here really couple weeks

I quit for 5 years and now I started again
I always said il try keep active etc

Sounds stupid I bought a nice push bike and said every time I smoke , il ride somewhere first (1 mile )(so not smoking at home or around people)

Now I, doing like 5 miles a day on my bike loosing weight
Over last 4 weeks I lost half a stone and am generally happier
After exercise it always tastes better anyway

Maybe try something different and maybe ween yourself maybe one before bed?

Generally harder to cold turkey but it’s the way I done it

The smoking will massively slow down if you find a hobby you can do anytime

Snooker
Running cycling
Fucking anything haha good luck
