I know that for sure, I am a regular, and have had faultless service from RB. I think its all the technical problems with LittleB no one can message, and messages not being received, and sellers profiles being deleted so that we can't see any changes to shop times or any updates from sellers. Not RB's fault if he is not getting messages cause of LittleB. But all good now, LittleB fixed problem and RB responded.
