Sending customers replys
Hi all.

I dont know what littlebiggy.org has dont but I'm really not happy with this silly restriction on sending clients replys ..

Everytime I go to type something as simple as (your order has been shipped via royal mail.)

And I get a message saying u cant use external payment etc.. what the hell is the game here.

Customers are messaging me for a reply an all I can day is . Order on the way. That's it.

This is a joke. Littlebiggy.org please sort this out. Customers are now thinking I'm not paying them attention.
