Hey man, this sucks. What you have received really doesn't seem up to scratch. I haven't dealt with the vendor in question but have heard people say great things about them.
Being pretty new to LB I have struggled with ratings, in the sense of knowing what to actually rate. I've read threads on bad ratings and seen people say that we should only rate on stealth, delivery times and customer service. Not on quality of product. Which never really made sense to me because we are actually are specifically rating a product.
I get it's tough for vendors as I guess one bad batch of a product could really hurt their overall rating right?
I dont know I'm just rambling now but the point is it seems to me that there is a confliction of how we should be rating things here and resolving that could help
