rating etiquette?
So I rated 1/10 for a delivery that never arrived. Was told today (8th November) it was actually delivered on the 30th of October. After being in communication since the 1st November. Now they’re quite annoyed because they said they deserved a 6 for acknowledging some of my messages. Kind of trying to threaten me with reporting me and banning me. Thankfully I have other options, but if I was out of line, I’m still happy to apologise and amend the rating, even if they do whatever they’re threatening. I gave them a four in the end because they were never really rude in tone.
