Order number debacle!
I placed an order with a vendor that Iv used a few times before and they’ve always been brilliant. Only to realise I wasn’t logged in! I messaged the vendor as soon as I placed my order and they confirmed they had received payment and the order. Now it’s 14 days later and I have not received the order. I didn’t save my order number or anything because I assumed I was logged in! Now the vendor needs the order number to trace the package and make sure it was sent.
Any ideas on how to get the order number?? Hopefully I’m just being impatient and it’s been held up in the RM system.
Any help would be appreciated!
