I would stay away from the gummies and go for something with more of a fat content. Recently had some (almost free) toffees. They were really good as a night aid! I find (personally) i get a better effect from chocolate or gummy sweets. Think it has something to do with the way your body absorbs fats. And no follwing day side effects...but I blaze as soon as I open my eyes...so not really got a good gauge of that...other than feeling fresher due to a good, unbroken sleep. I also find it helps me *get* to sleep. A bigger issue for me than staying asleep!
