Waited a month here to give it a better assessment and I can say after this time I recommend it. It's not moda obviously but it does seem to create something healthier and more sustainable.

If you stick with this you get results, at least I did. DONT expect anything huge but it's worth it and I personally there is something cumulative that comes out of this say, 8% improvement.

I already know about tCDS because my old roommate had a rig, this one is much nicer though and I'm very happy. Good vendor, has already checked in to see how I'm doing with it, definitely recommend.
