You know - I have a lot of happy transactions - but my favorite one - this isnt no bull, its the one I had an offer in at the bank, and I had coached the owner on how to save his home, rather than lose it, we were close to getting an answer, and he called me, with mixed emotions - sad, because he was calling me, to tell me to cancel the deal and how sorry he was about all the work I put in - when I asked what changed his heart? He said that my help on getting the loan modification - got him qualified - He saved his home! I didnt get anything out of it - at least anything monetary. I am happy to this day he had to call and fire me :)
