Hi all just a quick question to the community is it the general consensus that if you do not receive your order with in 14 days of placing the order, is that when vendors will look at the option of refund/re shipment/ credit note. Obviously messaging the vendor is the 1st step and waiting for their reply (if they reply that is) and then if it still isn’t resolved then to contact escrow/transexe and raise a dispute.
Yeah that’s pretty much the way it goes mate. If you don’t get a response within a few days and they have been online, then I’d suggest taking it to transaxe, they’ll sort it all out for you, I think you have a higher probability of a refund if you have a good rep and it really depends on the seller’s refund policy as some only do 50%. This reminds me of the Chinese Social Credit Score system. Very bad precedent for society at large. This might be happening in SF, just because everyone there is trying to cook up every conceivable concept for an app in order to turn a buck.
