How long does the btc get kept in escrow? Does it get released when a customer clicks that they have recieved there item?

customers can not release funds to sellers but rather escrow is held according to the terms of your contract.
your contract terms are regularly updated according to your reputation. as a new vendor without a referral you are given our introductory contract.

Unpaid transaction
Hi. I made an order about 40 mins ago and the money left my account. I had the right address but it still says unpaid? Any idea what’s going on?
Regards
Regards

Had the same this morning mate, blockchain is running slow due to processing large amounts of transactions this time of year. Mine updated about an hour later and vendor has shipped.

“www.blockchain.com/btc/address/“ type the btc address you sent funds after the last slash, this is to manually check if your payment has gone to that account
Transaxe told me this yesterday which helped put my mind at rest that my payment was not lost, so hopefully will help anyone in same boat ( I was stressed as fuck yesterday lol thought I had been a dinlo aha)
Much love biggaz

That’s the great thing about bitcoin, every transaction is logged on the blockchain so payments can never go missing.

I’m fairly new to BTC only experience of using it is with LB,
From my understanding and use it has a lot pros like what you’ve wrote

Yeah some pro some cons, be careful of the value dropping between converting money to BTC and paying for product, you can lose a few pounds in a matter of minutes if the value is dropping but can work other way round too although not as often at the minute, it’s dropped quite a bit Lately but hearing suggesting it’s about to make a new run.

It’s brilliant isn’t it.

No worries bud
And me too makes me feel at home with ganja people like me

Hi I’m thinking of ordering soon, is this issue sorted now, or should I wait, many thanks.

Think the issue has been dealt with now, I believe this post was put up due to a problem I was having making orders earlier today appears to be rectified for me so I assume everything is cosher now
Thanks again transaxe

Small amount disappearing from payment
I've had a few order payments arrive at LB a dollar or so short, and need to get that sorted out so I don't have to keep adding a dollar or so to the next order to make the account right. How can I tell where and why the money goes missing?

By looking at the blockchain receipt, not a penny can move in bitcoin without a public record. In your case you will very likely discover that your wallet provider is deducting the fees for sending the coins. Most wallets give you can option to add them in to the total.

I agree that's probably what's happening, but why would a wallet do that, knowing that transactions aren't "approximate in price" but "exactly the listed price"? There's plenty in my account to deduct fees to begin with. Will straighten this out with these foos. Thanks for the input.

Just checked the record, I sent $75 for a $74 order, and LB received $74.99. That's 99 cents more than the price. The order itself has the price as $74 or 0.0082 bitcoins. I'm not going to fart around with LB changing the bitcoin exchange rate between the time I order and the time my money gets here... That's not good business.

What I can see from the screenshot is the order was 0.0082 there was a fee of 0.000010746 , but in screenshot on top left it shows that you sent 0.00818308 so maybe on the sending screen you got charged to use there service to send the bitcoins , so as far as I can see you put 75$ on which added to 0.082 and then the fee got taken leaves you the 0.0818308 , so to me it looks short a few cent , I don’t no all the ins and outs of it man ,

Once you hit order the price is fixed at what you clicked until you pay, l.b doesn’t chance prices mid order. Sound as though you are getting hit with fees from your wallet.

>Once you hit order the price is fixed at what you clicked until you pay, l.b doesn’t chance prices mid order.<
I understand that. But the market DOES change prices in that time. What's to stop me from simply canceling the order if the rate goes down in that 30 minute window? In this case, the rate went up (apparently) and it took fewer bitcoins to make up my $74. Am I supposed to just send the vendor a higher price (in dollars) because LB uses the variable price (bitcoins) instead of a fixed price (dollars)? From now on, I'll just cancel the order if it requires me to send more than the advertised dollar price. This is bad market economics (because both the vendor and the buyer are in the dark about precisely how much the transaction is going to be worth) and I'm wondering how it came about.

You’ve stumped me dude, never had that problem I see roughly what I like on Monday mornings, get a rough price and buy the bitcoins do all my orders within ten minutes. Are others having the same experience as bolivar. Dollars aren’t a fixed value either and fluctuate up and down all day just like bitcoin. Would the same thing happen with dollars or pounds as the sites currency. They have to use bitcoin for security

The price is in dollars. It's paid in bitcoins. I paid MORE than the list price. The fuckup is on LB's end, looks like. Or maybe the vendor's pricing setup. Going to have a chat with them now.

Sorry if there is any confusion on this but the price we present on our payment page is the exact bitcoin amount due.
Note with minor discrepancies sellers often elect to ship your order but this will not happen automatically and you may need to contact the seller.

Then how do vendors know what the price was at the moment the payment was made? If what you're saying is the case, vendors are receiving wildly variable payments for the same product because everyone buys at different times. When I look at the bitcoin price on the payment page, that's not the same bitcoin rate that I'm going to get when I send the money. It's going to either be more or less than what I saw when I checked the price before paying. If I see a $74 price, I can send that exact amount (within a few cents) by sending $74 using the current rate. What's to stop buyers from ordering, then watching the bitcoin rate to see if it goes down, ordering at a lower rate or simply not paying (canceling the order) if the rate goes up?

Welcome to bitcoin that's exactly what happens and it changes a second after that too.

How do you explain the page from my wallet that shows I sent MORE than the advertised price? I sent more because this keeps happening. I've been adding a dollar here and there to make up for it from previous orders. It's stupid to put up 2 prices and use the one that varies every minute or so instead of the dollar price. It's bad business. I should have a dollar price to pay and it's up to me to get that dollar price to the vendor however I can. Using the bitcoin price is tantamount to speculating on the market every time you buy something. I've been on LB for years, as well as most other markets from Silk Road 2 on down, and this has never been a problem. I suspected that the wallet was taking a cut after I hit the "send" button, but you can see that their cut is taken out of my wallet balance before the money is sent. The fee price plus the amount sent doesn't equal the fixed bitcoin price anyway. Either transaxe has changed something with this vendor or the vendor messed up their price posting. The money is (and has been) getting there.

>No the bitcoin amount presented by transaxe is what you pay, you underpaid the invoice.<
If that's the case then the system is screwed. That, or you guys aren't understanding what's going on here. (Or I'm not understanding, in which case someone should explain why instead of simply parroting something unrelated.)

TX gives you a price in bitcoin, you just pay that price, not less than that because the usd equivalent has changed or because your wallet deducts fees instead of adding them.
I wouldn't overthink the potential shenanigans at the end of the day the seller can reject an order if the volatility is insane or someone is gaming, they can see every attempted order as well as the paid ones.

So this ain’t a L.b problem then? More likely user/wallet issues. Blasted on shatter and can’t get my head around his problem, :-)

Step by step guide for refund
Hello, could anyone help me by giving simple instruction how to get refunded for an unfulfilled order? I have contacted vendor but was told order went missing but they will send when "safe" to do so. Sent an update request but not heard from them in 4 days. I just want to cut my losses and at least get some hard-earned cash back. Admittedly I am a noob but I'm sure a clear guide would help other users as well! Cheers

Order not received
Hi Support
Was just looking for general advice. I had an order not delivered. Maintained comms with the seller throughout. Waited the 2 weeks(luckily had other smoke during this time). Was offered credit by the vendor. When it came time to collect the seller stopped answering messages. Is this a hit i just take as part and parcel of being new to LB , leave the appropriate honest feedback and move on? Or should i formalise with support? Thanks

You can still dispute this barbel, the only parcels a noob should expect are of the happy type. Just send a message to escrow Suisse with the order number.

Cheers 24601, will do as advised. Thanks

Make sure you update this thread with the ending.if you are going public with your issues please go all the way

Just to update this thread. This was sorted with professionalism and efficiency with a great replacement product. Thanks to escrow for advice given but was not required. Seller was very busy and sorted once he was aware of the issue. This community is awesome! Peace peeps

As you can see in the post , i did not name any vendor for that reason. Was merely asking advise from the collectively more experienced community.

And it worked bigga :) Thanks for the update :)

Hi guys, ordered from 2 different vendors as usually, always came no later than 3 days in UK. Now first order 11 days ago, dont think will show up and second order week ago. Tried to order another 3 days ago but is not even marked as sent still only paid.

Contact transaxe with order id's, send a separate message for each case. If they haven't marked it sent in 3 days you can cancel the order for a refund.

Problems paying
Good Evening, can anyone help as I’m having problems making payments, when I press pay, the webpage hangs, then says transaxe isn’t available, but then under my orders what I am trying to buy is showing, but I don’t have a wallet address to make payment to, it’s my third attempt as I have cancelled the last Two attempts, so not sure what to do moving forward, any help is greatly appreciated and I hope everyone is having a super evening.

Services restored folks, sorry for the frustration :)

Thanks man, much appreciated, have a good one.

Ah I see it maybe down, that makes sense. Thanks for responding.

No worries hopefully they will sort it soon I sent a message to the seller to let them know

To be honest I’ve made a right, excuse the pun (hash) of things, I didn’t understand what was going on and attempted to make a purchase several times and I’ve had to cancel it every time. I’ve just made several balls up tonight.

I’ve placed an order which is not showing up in orders. It’s the first time this has happened so I’m lost on what to do as I’ve just spent my last to get a bit of good bud. I’ve messaged the vendor, LB & transaxe. I didn’t take down the order reference number either, but I have the btc address and proof that I sent it there and that it’s been received. Any advice for me guys I’m stressing out badly over here

Hey man, had this happen to me last night. How did you resolve it? I've messaged the seller, and am awaiting a reply. Haven't contacted LB or Transaxe as of yet. Cheers. J

we simply need the order id or the bitcoin address you sent to

Thanks, good to know. All sorted by the vendor now

Hi mate,
I had to wait a day but the vendor DID receive the payment & sent the pack.
Contact him & LB support just to cover your back. Hope this helps.

Payment through DigiByte (DGB)

Hi,
Have you ever heard about DigiByte?
Is a truly decentralized cryptocurrency without a company behind.
Has been forked from Bitcoin in 2014 by Jared Tate and is being developed and maintained only by volunteers around the entire world.
I think is much more suitable for daily transaction rater than BTC, and below you can find why.
SECURITY:
5 DigiByte mining algorithms vs. 1 Bitcoin mining algorithm. DigiByte mining is much more decentralized.
DigiByte mining algorithms can be changed out in the future to prevent centralization.
The DigiByte blockchain has had over 280,000+ full nodes downloaded since April 2017.
SPEED:
DigiByte transactions occur much faster than Bitcoin transactions. 1-2 second transaction notifications.
15 second DigiByte blocks vs. 10 minute Bitcoin blocks. DigiByte has 6x block confirmations 1.5 minutes vs. 1 hour with Bitcoin.
FEES:
DigiByte fees are much more lower than Bitcoin fees, fee per transaction is ~0.000010 DGB.
ONE MORE LAYER OF ANONYMITY:
Dandelion++ is a privacy-enhancement for the DigiByte blockchain that aids in obfuscating the senders IP address
TRANSACTION VOLUME:
DigiByte can handle many more transactions per second. Bitcoin can only handle 3-7 transactions per second. DigiByte currently can handle 560+ transactions per second. The 2015 DigiSpeed hardfork introduced changes that double the capacity of the network every two years.
TOTAL SUPPLY:
More DigiBytes, lower price, more micro transactions, better price stability. 21 Billion DigiBytes will be created over 21 years. Only 21 Million Bitcoin will be created over 140 years. 1:1000 ratio. 1 DigiByte for every 1000 Bitcoin.
And the developers created the DigiShield and MultiShield technology;
Since inception, DigiShield has been added into over 2-dozen other cryptocurrency blockchains such as Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Zcash, Dogecoin, Startcoin, AuroraCoin, BitcoinGold, BitTokens, CasinoCoin, CreativeCoin, Granite, Huncoin, Monacoin, Mooncoin, Nautiluscoin, Quatloo, SakuraCoin, Scorecoin, SmartCoin, StartCoin, SuperiorCoin and Ubiq.
DigiShield has *no* effect on 51% hash-power attack mitigation.
And of course can be bought from almost any existent exchange (I recommend Bittylicious both for buying BTC and DGB)
I personally think DigiByte is much more suitable for LB rather than Bitcoin, let me know what do you think :)

Half order recieved
Hi I'm pretty new to this site have used other markets before but this one drew me in straight away because of the look and feel of the community. I have ordered twice of the same person and been sound but latest order came sealed with half of what was paid for. I feel this was a completely genuine error on the sellers part. But worried where to go from here, he has so much quality stuff I don't want him to think I'm scamming him and not want to deal with me again but on the other hand I can't just loose 35 pound. Any advice appreciated

Alright pal I had same problem but they are sorting it out, can't help but panic at first but in the back Of your mind you know all will be ok,"all you need is just a little patience", HAPPY DAYZ

please use private messages for specific order problems. first to the seller, of you have further problems contact us or escrow suisse. and please don't worry, given enough time every kind of error can occur, together we fix them all.

Yeah got in touch just waiting for a reply, thanks for the swift message back

Yes apologies and 'item' own plus a little on the way. I can see where this occured as an honest customer notified us of receiving what you should have.

Order showing as expired
I placed an order and paid via coincorner but the order is now showing as expired. I've never had this problem before and always had a good relationship with the seller. Is there anything I can do to correct this? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible that you may have accidentally submitted more than one order for the same item, but only actually paid against one of those orders? In that scenario, the unpaid order will eventually expire. And at that point, on your orders page, it can be easy to mistake an expired "dead end" order for a valid one.

I've checked the orders and it only appears as the one now expired order. I've messaged the seller and can tell them the time and amount that was sent so fingers crossed they get back to me.

Simply send us a private message with the order id, if a payment was made it can always be found on the blockchain, there really are no exceptions so don't worry eddie.

It is a multi coin wallet provided by the Trust wallet app, but the address was generated from the bitcoin section in the reciever address generator section it states 'my public address to receive BTC' . Also shows a big QR code above the long address code.
I have not tried recieving a payment into it. First time noob setting up bitcoin wallet and payment processors (trying to drag myself into the 21st century lol), only been trying to go through this over last couple days while tucked up ill at home:-)

Struggling to fully understand how transaxe works?
Hi guys, I am new to online sales using transaxe and also to using BTC in general.
Any good instructional guides/overviews on all stages that need to he completed?
So far I have setup a transaxe account going through the payment pprocessor section on lb. This has generated 2 codes 1 for sales
And 1 for referrals (not exactly sure how referrals are supposed to work either). I have setup a bit coin Wallet using trust wallet app on android, when I go to this it gives me a code which I have tried to enter into the add bitcoin wallet section on transaxe website but always say please enter valid bit coin wall code. Where am I going wrong? Cheers for the help sure it will seem obvious once I get it sorted for the first time.

Order issue.
Hi. I ordered this afternoon as usual, I sent money from my wallet to the seller and was then redirected back to the page. The money has gone from the wallet but the details of the transaction is on pending(4hrs now). The seller also has nothing his wnd

Hi. Can anyone help. The money left my wallet but my order or cash is missing??

Anyone?

That is usually from password attempts but you should contact us privately for this one.

will do, tnx

I'm curious about this too!

Really appreciate the interest from everyone on this, sorry we haven't been more responsive. We are updating transaxe.com to make things easier to understand.
In the meantime you can head over there and pick up a token, just share it and you earn bitcoin every time they spend. That's the jist of it.

I have made a sharing function plug in for littlebiggy and it could work for you. With your support I could get it voted into the code base please feel free to contact me if you have interest.

Thank you will do.

Can customers release the escrow when they are happy with the purchase? Or just you wait the 16days regardless? Thanks

Customers can not release escrow.

Hat really needs to be a feature on here.

I'm happy to say I've been looked after too. Does take a few days But that's to be expected. Keep up the good work!!

Thanks when using public posts we do appreciate it when people post closure.

Have just completed my first interaction with Transaxe. Completely satisfied and quietly impressed by both professionalism and communication. A credit to the lb community.

Early Releases For Sellers
Early Releases For Sellers
We have many requests from sellers to accelerate payments so they can keep up with growth. By taking more orders without payment they dig a deeper hole and increase risk for everyone.
Yet protecting buyers from the unknown is what makes things work here.
Without a long term reputation or a big deposit the best solution is to spread the risk across our entire pool of transactions. We start doing this today.
Sellers can now, at their option, access funds as quickly as 24 hours.
Our projected losses will be covered with an insurance premium. This premium is an addition to normal fees:
+9% for 5 day escrow.
+14% for 1 day escrow.
We will adjust this as data is collected. Please note this is a forward switch, current orders are unaffected. The tech is still primitive and it can take a day to process.
If risk management requires we slow your payments back down your normal rate will be apply.
This has no effect on buyers or sellers that don't participate, we cover the cost with the premium.

Is this rate changing with reputation?

All our rates are reputation based. This rate is for a small or new rep.

I can't see this option when I logon to the transaxe site.

Sorry, it's not there yet, just PM us.

Thanks for covering my recent claim against an exit scam seller. I have never seen this protection in several years of buying weed online and am blown away, so thanks.

Who was the seller?

Thank you for saying this.

How Do You Use a Transaxe Credit?
Hi, I've been issued with a transaxe credit by Escrow Suisse after a problem with an order. They informed me that all I needed to do was PM you guys when placing an order to get the credit applied.
I've done this today but nothing seemed to have happened and the order has expired so how exactly do I use this credit???

Did you get this resolved? I'd like to know what the process is.

Yes, you do need to just PM them. It takes a little longer as they often have to process the order manually and this can involve having to contact the seller so a couple of days can often be the timeline. They do seem to be quite helpful and will respond to any questions you have.

Big thanks for clarifying.

Bitcoin cash would be a breath of fresh air to little biggy. Back to the days of low transaction fees. I for one would be happy to see it implemented.

very happy see someone working on this. if anyone out there needs help with bitcoin cash (bch) just ask me. it's identical to bitcoin except for much lower fees and faster transactions.

coinbase has bch

Bitpanda has them

Yes every time your share results in a purchase you will see the blockchain transaction in your transaxe account (just not what was bought or who bought or sold it).

Do I have a transaxe account automatically because of l.b or do I need to set one up. If I don’t have one how do I link it to l.b so I can earn from reference codes?
Thanks
Thanks

yes its a transaxe account. when you use the reference link on lb it generates a request to transaxe to start an account and they send you a message on lb with a link to it.

Hi I was sent a link to my account a long time ago and never linked to my account is this still possible to do

yes you should see a transaxe token in your little biggy settings, i would just give this to transaxe support and they will sort you

Just press "share" on any topic, person or item and you will get a link that you can share anywhere on the internet. That's it, you are set to share.
While you are doing this we are working too, you instantly get a message from us linking you to your new transaxe account. Whenever you are ready just come over and login so you can add a bitcoin address for us to send your earnings to (don't worry they gather until you do this).
You'll also see that every transaction that you introduce including the blockchain reference. It's completely auditable and despite the anonymity, it's the most transparent referral program on the internet.

As Web Content Creator How Should I Use This?
You can monetize any kind of content by posting it here on little biggy, just link to it whenever you publish.

Yes, obviously you can share any topic but I think you're concerned about items. I share items all the time on FB and insta with posts like "looks like cannabis is becoming a normal thing" or "it must be nice to have bitcoin" etc. As long as you contextualize it it is very valid content, I once saw a link on the front age of reddit.

So if I'm getting this right, I can add a topic here on LB, share a link to it anywhere on the internet, and when the link gets clicked I earn coins?

"picking the perfect strain" this is something we all need here and it very interesting anywhere there are partakers. everyone you bring in will buy. you make money on every purchase.

Im doing well with bitcion content :)

I would write about making edible recipes and how 2 make concentrates like BHO. This is fair game to repost anywhere.

As a Seller Established In A Existing Market How Should I use this?

If you have existing customer relationships reference codes represent substantial income and the best way to bring your clients here. Even if your clients buy from other sellers you will earn income this way.
Your transaxe token is the referral code. Just give this to people when you share little biggy with them. Even easier, give them a little biggy link with your code built in. Just go to your own home page and press "share" near the top to generate your link.
Every time they buy you will see it and your income on your transaxe home page.

Sellers that do this right have a great passive income stream , it keeps producing bitcoin even after you stop selling here. Tokens last 5 years!

There are a lot of misleading sources on this post people. When a site goes down the phishing starts and much of it is innocent ignorance.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY EXTERNAL SOURCE AS THE VOICE OF LITTLE BIGGY.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY EXTERNAL SOURCE AS THE VOICE OF LITTLE BIGGY.

I would be happy to listen to the voice of LB, but where?

LB's actual server was down according to info found on websites that check on websites that are down. I strongly agree with the post below, we need a ''fall back point so we can pass info..'' because there was no where to go and no one to ask, total blackout. Only place I found was LB's facebook page that mentioned the site was down, but no more info. Maybe someone with the means to do it, should create a forum for LB on a different website and server, where customers and vendors can chat freely, and incase LB goes down again, we can atleast communicate, cause this black out got everyone stressed. We didn't even know if LB would return, or if they were going to have to create a new web address etc, and all info on website lost.

I broke in to a sweat as I realised I was almost out of Carts and had no shatter left. I have 2 bars of 300mg chocolate. We need a fall back point so we can pass info to each other on where the newest market is just in case we lose LB, which would be a heart breaker!"!!

I would like someone to put our minds at ease about the sudden black out. Maybe transaxe can help us worried biggers out
