Hi there, I had exactly the same thing happen, transaxe sorted it same day and my order went from expired to paid. The support was great, I know you feel panic at the time but don't worry they will sort it out.
That's what I did in the first place (without any numbers) and they said I had to do it by private message. I'm just going to let it sit for now and bitch if it isn't fixed. I'll just check later tonight. I don't plan to let someone get away with absconding with my order money, though. I placed the order and paid as I usually do. This shit didn't happen the last several times I orderered.
Hi I'm pretty new to this site have used other markets before but this one drew me in straight away because of the look and feel of the community. I have ordered twice of the same person and been sound but latest order came sealed with half of what was paid for. I feel this was a completely genuine error on the sellers part. But worried where to go from here, he has so much quality stuff I don't want him to think I'm scamming him and not want to deal with me again but on the other hand I can't just loose 35 pound. please use private messages for specific order problems. first to the seller, of you have further problems contact us or escrow suisse. and please don't worry, given enough time every kind of error can occur, together we fix them all.
I placed an order and paid via coincorner but the order is now showing as expired. I've never had this problem before and always had a good relationship with the seller. Is there anything I can do to correct this? Thanks in advance.
Is it possible that you may have accidentally submitted more than one order for the same item, but only actually paid against one of those orders? In that scenario, the unpaid order will eventually expire. And at that point, on your orders page, it can be easy to mistake an expired "dead end" order for a valid one.
I totally agree with that. It is a must to make it safe for the buyers protection. However once a buyer has clearly stated that they have recieved their order and are happy with it theres no longer any need for their money to be protected. Or am i missing the point here?
As fongo mentioned below, sellers will start to ask for finalization before hand. This is not safe. The current system here is what sets biggy apart from the rest. Why feel the need to change it?.. has worked several years without a hitch

ive made an order but it didn’t add the delivery so its come up partially paid. I've since made another payment to the same address but nothing has changed? I’ve actually paid 2 lots of delivery but still says partially paid! Help please ASAP
How do I link my bitcoin wallet to transaxe to get payments?
I have saved the transaxe sales code that was generated into my payment processor on lb.
But how do I add my bitcoin wallet address to my transaxe account so that the payment will be able to he released? I have tried copying the code generated by my btc wallet app into the 'add btc address' section on my transaxe account page but it always says please add valud address? I did it a couple of times and triple checked the code was as generated in the app.
What am I doing wrong? Help would be greatly appreciated!!:-)
Cheers for the response. It is a multi coin wallet provided by the Trust wallet app, but the address was generated from the bitcoin section in the reciever address generator section it states 'my public address to receive BTC' . Also shows a big QR code above the long address code.
I have not tried recieving a payment into it. First time noob setting up bitcoin wallet and payment processors (trying to drag myself into the 21st century lol), only been trying to go through this over last couple days while tucked up ill at home:-)
Struggling to fully understand how transaxe works?
Hi guys, I am new to online sales using transaxe and also to using BTC in general. Any good instructional guides/overviews on all stages that need to he completed? So far I have setup a transaxe account going through the payment pprocessor section on lb. This has generated 2 codes 1 for sales And 1 for referrals (not exactly sure how referrals are supposed to work either). I have setup a bit coin Wallet using trust wallet app on android, when I go to this it gives me a code which I have tried to enter into the add bitcoin wallet section on transaxe website but always say please enter valid bit coin wall code. Where am I going wrong? Cheers for the help sure it will seem obvious once I get it sorted for the first time.

Hi, I've been issued with a transaxe credit by Escrow Suisse after a problem with an order. They informed me that all I needed to do was PM you guys when placing an order to get the credit applied. I've done this today but nothing seemed to have happened and the order has expired so how exactly do I use this credit???
Yes, you do need to just PM them. It takes a little longer as they often have to process the order manually and this can involve having to contact the seller so a couple of days can often be the timeline. They do seem to be quite helpful and will respond to any questions you have.
If you have existing customer relationships reference codes represent substantial income and the best way to bring your clients here. Even if your clients buy from other sellers you will earn income this way.
Your transaxe token is the referral code. Just give this to people when you share little biggy with them. Even easier, give them a little biggy link with your code built in. Just go to your own home page and press "share" near the top to generate your link.
Every time they buy you will see it and your income on your transaxe home page.
LB's actual server was down according to info found on websites that check on websites that are down. I strongly agree with the post below, we need a ''fall back point so we can pass info..'' because there was no where to go and no one to ask, total blackout. Only place I found was LB's facebook page that mentioned the site was down, but no more info. Maybe someone with the means to do it, should create a forum for LB on a different website and server, where customers and vendors can chat freely, and incase LB goes down again, we can atleast communicate, cause this black out got everyone stressed. We didn't even know if LB would return, or if they were going to have to create a new web address etc, and all info on website lost.

OK. Yeah, it was from 10th of december. However, order is still pending as it was confiscated in customs and seller has sent a re-shipment. I don't understand why the message history is deleted though?

We see you have resolved this but note to readers: Use private messages for documentation. Screen shots are not needed just the btc address you sent funds to or the lb order id, everything can be determined with this.

I had 3 big orders go in with anonymous to different addresses in the uk, they were all sent exactly the same as everyone else, they all claimed it never arrived even though I checked, all asked for order to be sent again or threats of bad feedback, that with it appears that some payments just disappear and me having to ask for every order by I’d number is enough for me, I enjoy growing weed but don’t like what’s involved in selling, if you look at my feedback I haven’t ever done any wrong

It’s not a good thing? From day 1 transaxe made me chase for my money, if I making say 7 sales a day but only received payment for 4 how is that a good thing? My complaint is they saying I got to follow every transaction to see what they haven’t paid? I am stopping selling because of people trying to blackmail me into free weed, all parcels are sent tracked for a reason and I keep the detailed record so I know you have got it, over 150 sales all exactly the same method, just a few people who want everything for nothing, my weed was the best bang for the buck on here, shame on you will post pics of the messages
I noticed late last night that an older order I placed on 22 Sep (which was received the next day, for those in doubt) still didn't update to escrow released status, unlike newer orders. I checked this morning, and it now says escrow released, so I hope DB7's transaxe problem is sorted.
Please don't be put off selling here, DB - your feedback is great, you have lots of happy customers (myself included) and there are many nice people on LB who will help you out if you have any problems.
